How Our Price Match Works
If you find the same product at a lower price from an authorised UK retailer, we will do our best to match it. While we aim to help whenever possible, some prices are too low for us to match without making a loss.
What We Match
- Identical items, including model, size, grip, colour, and specification
- Products sold by authorised UK-based retailers, in stock at the time
- Prices that include delivery (if not, we add their delivery cost)
- Individual items priced at over £10
What We Don’t Match
- Marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or auction sites
- Clearance, discontinued, bulk purchases, or package deal prices
- Member-only discounts or promotional codes
- Non-UK retailers or unauthorised sellers
Price Match Terms
- A link to the competitor’s product page is required for verification
- Approved price matches are valid for 48 hours only
- Price match cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
- Applies only to UK customers and delivery addresses
How to Request a Price Match
- Email our sales team with the competitor link and advertised price.
- Include your contact details and any proof of the offer.
- We review your request quickly, usually within 24 hours.
