Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 90-day goodwill returns policy. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel for distance sales.

Your Right to Cancel (Distance Purchases)
All purchases made online, including those collected in person, are treated as Distance Purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- You have a 14-day legal right to cancel your order, starting the day after you receive it.
- You do not need to give a reason to cancel.
- You must notify us by using the contact form or another clear statement.
- Goods must be returned at your cost and risk unless faulty.
- We refund your payment, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Our 90-Day Goodwill Return Policy
We offer an extended returns period of 90 calendar days from delivery or collection. This is a store policy, not a legal requirement.
- Goods must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
- You may return by post or drop off at our collection address.
- We inspect all returns. Removed labels, tags, or signs of use may reduce or void your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Items bought with discounts or during promotions are refunded at the price paid.
Bundle Deals and Free Gifts
If you return part of a bundle deal, we will recalculate your refund based on the normal full price of the items you keep. Bundle discounts only apply when you keep all items in the bundle.
Free gifts must also be returned with your order. If you keep a free gift, we will deduct its current full price from your refund.
Items You Cannot Return (Unless Faulty)
- Face coverings
- Beauty products and toiletries
- Underwear or lingerie
- Jewellery, including earrings
- Food, drink, or sealed products where the seal is broken
- Customised or personalised products
Refund Processing
Refunds appear in your account within 14 working days, depending on your bank. We may deduct for loss in value caused by unnecessary handling.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If your product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, contact us immediately via +44(0)1457 832896 or the contact form. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
